About Vegetable Manchurian :

There are two different variants of gobi Manchurian , dry and with gravy. Both variants are prepared by using common ingredients like cauliflower , corn flour ,maida flour , chili sauce ,soy sauce etc.

  • Onion - 1 small half chopped

  • Spring onion - 1/4 cup
  • Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum - half big pieces
  • Green chilli - 1 spoon chopped
  • Soya sauce - 1 spoon
  • Schezwan chutney - 1 spoon
  • Vineger - half spoon
(red chili sauce or green chili sauce if available - 1 spoon )

How to make Vegetable Manchurian with step by step :

  1. Take all vegetables in bowl (without onion & capsicum).
  2. Add Onion - 1 small half chopped , ginger , garlic  , chili , corn flour & mix well.
  3. Make small lemon size ball (put more flour in mixture if required). Deep fry them in oil and put a side.
  4. Now put 3 spoon of oil in big pan.
  5. On high flame put garlic , ginger , green , chili , onions big pieces in that toss for 20 sec.
  6. Put all the capsicum , spring onion and toss for 30 sec.
  7. Now put all sources in that .
  8. All should be on high flame toss for 30 seconds and then put take corn flour 1 spoon and half cup of cold water in bowl. Mix well & pour them in pan.
  9. Add solt.
  10. Cook for 1 min then put Vegetable Manchurian balls in it.
  11. Cook for 1 or 2 min. without covering & serve it.
  12. Your Vegetable Manchurian is ready to eat.
