Instant Rava Appam Recipe :

- 2 cups Semolina (Rava)
- 1 - 1/2 Curd (dahi)
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 tablespoon Enos fruit salt
- 1 Carrot (Chopped)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tomato (Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- 2 Green chilli (Chopped)
- Salt
- Oil as required
Method For Instant Rava Appam :
- To make the Rava Appam soak rava, curd and required water in a mixing bowl for 15 minutes and make sure there are no lumps in the batter.
- After 15 minutes, Add the chopped carrot, onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander in the batter. and mix well.
- Add salt according to your taste.
- Add Eno powder to the batter and mix again.
- Take an appam pan, brush appam cups with little oil and heat over medium flame and cover it with a lead.
- After few minutes flip the appam. Let them cook properly.
Serve Instant Rava Appam with Green Chutney.
